Privacy policy
Last updated September 4, 2026. This policy covers the Seer apps for iOS and Android, and seersystems.ai.
What we collect
- Discord account basics. When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you belong to. We never see your Discord password.
- Your alert rules. The servers, channels, keywords, and notification settings you configure in the app.
- Notification history. A short preview of each matched message — the first 180 characters — kept so the app can show you what you were alerted about. The rest of the message is not stored.
- Device push token. The push token your phone's operating system issues — Apple's on iPhone, Google's on Android — used only to deliver notifications.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond delivering the alerts you configured. Messages from Discord servers are processed to match your rules; messages that match no rule are not stored.
Deleting your account
In the app: open Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom. This removes your account, your events, your alert history, your access to every server, and your device's push token. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed: email info@seersystems.ai from any address and name your Discord username. We delete the same data within 30 days.
Nothing is retained afterwards except anonymous records that no longer identify you — the servers themselves stay, since they belong to their owners rather than to your account.
